At FITTEAM, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased directly from FITTEAMSTORE.COM, you have 90 days from the order date to return your product for a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
To qualify for a refund:
• Only first-time orders are eligible for return
• Any unused product and original packaging must be returned
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Shipping, handling, and any membership fees are non-refundable
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and processed.
Return Process
To start a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Request a Return Authorization (MRA#)

Our customer support team will provide your Merchandise Return Authorization Number (MRA#) and return instructions.
2. Ship Your Product Back
Once you receive your MRA#, ship your product to the address provided by FITTEAM Customer Support.
Please include:
• A copy of your original order invoice
• The MRA# clearly written on the invoice
• The reason for your return
• All unused product in its original packaging
3. Shipping Requirements
• Returns must be shipped prepaid (we cannot accept COD shipments)
• FITTEAM recommends using UPS or FedEx with tracking
• Customers are responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Processing Time
Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Refused Shipments
If a customer refuses delivery:
• A 20% restocking fee will be applied
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded
• If the package is lost after refusal, no refund will be issued
Important Notes
• Returns received after the 90-day window cannot be refunded
• Products returned without an MRA# will not be processed
• Only orders placed directly through FITTEAMSTORE.COM are eligible for return
• For your protection, retain tracking information for your return shipment
